What the pack is

A set of documents generated from the answers you supply, drafted against Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the national transposing instrument for the member state you select. They are a compliance starting point in a form the Directive recognises.

They are not legal advice, and buying them creates no lawyer-client relationship. No lawyer has reviewed them for your organisation or your facts.

What you have to do yourself

Every document contains passages marked in brackets, and those are the parts only you can supply: what your service actually does, what it costs, who is responsible, and which limitations you know about. A document published with a bracket still in it is worse than no document, and no drafting can close that gap for you.

Updates are included

The documents are generated fresh each time you open the pack, so a correction to the drafting reaches documents already bought without a further payment and without you doing anything. Every edition is dated and the change history is public.

This is a promise about the drafting, not about the law. If a member state changes its transposition we will follow it, but we do not undertake to do so within any particular period.

Refunds

One document is shown in full before payment, so the drafting can be judged before money changes hands. If the pack is not what you expected, ask within thirty days and it is refunded. No reason is needed.

Limits

The scan reads HTML. It does not render pages, so a clean result is not a statement that your service is accessible, and the report says as much where it applies.

Liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
